I have mine in the lower hole .set bar parallel , 1/4 turn preload both sides with driver in the car. this is as per Travis @ Calvert direction . he said 1/2 turn max preload , 1/8 gap = hard hit.if car pulls increase preload on that side .
I have not adjusted since fitting the caltracs , just play a little with shock setting , softer on looser track
