What paint did you use for the tail panel? SEM Trim Black? I sprayed my Challenger grill with it when it was really humid. The paint turned foggy and looked bad. Is that what yours did?


Part of what you see is my horrible camera and reflection. This is the second time I have painted it because I wasn't happy with it the first time I painted it a couple years ago. I used Duplicolor semi gloss. I painted it in the basement to try to cut down the impact from the high humidity. Not sure how to describe it. It doesn't look bad in the "valleys", but looks a little too much like a flat finish mostly near the "ribs". The finish doesn't look consistent across the panel. Poor coverage along the "ribs" maybe? Paint is too old?
