Just now finding this link, I will create a new thread on the suspension section of the forum. This describes perfectly what I am experiencing. In numerous call both to Borgeson and Bergman where I had suggested this possibility of an output mismatch of the spline of the a Borgeson to my pitman, they denied that this could be the cause of my problem.
