The factory hump with a Tremec trans adds space where its not needed.....The factory hump is to accommodate the factory trans shifter...which was outside the trans...the shifter in a tremec is internal. So the space on the side is not needed. I was able to make a tremec fit in my Charger with just a little hammering on the floor and a little grinding on the trans....
