I would wonder about the ignition slso... I'm not sure you can run that 4 prong ballast with the chrome box? High performance units use a single ballast resistor and only four wires from the control unit. Production units typically used a dual ballast resistor and five wires from the control unit. The proper ballast is determined by the coil, and there are at least four differeent single ballast resistors. I would also agree with above about the stock distributor being slow for your application.
