I'm using Delrin (nylon), poly is, IMo only a short term improvement over rubber, before it craps out, it really has, again IMo, a short useful life, and that that bothers me, as it has little warning before failure. I'm making my own Delrin to replace poly where I can.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
