In my 66 Coronet with a 440, I used one 16" electric puller fan and still had heat problems sitting in traffic on hot days. I added a second 16" pusher fan on the other side of the radiator and now I can sit in 90+ degrees traffic all day and never get over 205 The second fan does not turn on until the temp reaches 200. I offset the fans for max coverage on the radiator core. You can get quality 16" fans for $100 each.
