I have a 408 stroker 68 Barracuda that is 10 to 1 compression and has a cam that is 248 - 258 at 50 and 540 lift mechanical, edelbrock heads. It is fed by a 780 holley Dp. I hobby race 1/8th mile with it. It runs 11.01-02 at 97 and I just can't squeeze the 10's out of it. What would the optimum timing be for this set up? I read other engines being from 32 to 38 total advance so that is a lot of variance, anyone dyno one similar to find out what the best degree is? Thanks
