Leon441 OP master Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 4,330 Lynchburg, VA	Maybe Marty will have something up his sleeve. I looked at the new Coan bolt together aluminum 8" converter. $4,800. For that you would think it would have a lockup in the front cover. At least it would be light and spin up fast. I may look into running a tight converter and just dumping the fluid on launch. Sounds awful hard on the converter. Career best 8.02 @ 169 at 3050# and 10" tires small block power.
