Randy, that is the specs. I use on my motors with Eddy RPM heads and stock or ARP bolts,I tighten them up(all the bolts or studs on one side) in three increments,25 lbs first, 50 lbs and then 70 lbs, I do use 75 lbs for final torque on the studs, I think I have the instruction sheet on the clipboard in the shop and look at it each time before, to torque any parts in the motor, starting so my memory may be off a little on the studs
