I'm all for this.
There will be another cool car driving around when this Challenger is finished. Why scrap it? Here is an opportunity for someone to advance their knowledge in restoration, stay out of trouble (aside from all the tetnis shots he'll need working with that much rust), and put a Dodge Challenger back into circulation. No doubt, there will be enough documentation available for all to see, leaving little doubt what was done to this car.
