This is the direction drag racing is going and if mopar people don't get on board we will all be hanging out watching the same 200 cars go down the track till the folks that own them pass away.....

Not to pick, but this statement makes no sense in my area and probably many other areas. I think tracks run what brings in the money. Drag radial cars run at our track 1/mo and bracket cars we get a ton of and run twice a week. I don't see it catching on up here like it must be else where...So until they mandate us to run DR tires, bracket racing is what we do around here and we run slicks.

Heads up racing isn't real big here either. I love watching the DR stuff, but realistically, its not for guys on a budget. How is it you figure this is the future? We have heard this before from the FWD crowd, and those things are no where to be seen anymore.

I am sure if more Mopar people had the busget, we would run some classes like those, but not many of us do. Don't get me wrong, we love watching them and reading about them, but they are not cheap to build, and finding a local venue isn't easy either.
