I'm thinking the 6.1 because of the bore but why does the 5.7 use a left and right?
Is it because the 6.1 doesn't use the EGR?




IDK! i have yet to figure out why they would make a right and left head


Did some research and it looks like you use the gasket for the block or run into coolant leaks.
5.7 block = 5.7 head gasket
6.1 block= 6.1 gasket
Remenber I am no expert. LOL
