I haven't tried it though... http://www.restorick.com/products.asp?cat=11 I tried finding the Krylon battery protectant a few years ago and not a single Kryon distributor in the area carried it. The places that could order it wanted me to buy an entire case of it so I passed.

GTXX member G Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 176 Rome, GA	Amsoil Heavy Duty Metal Protectant. is some awesome stuff, We've used it to protect boat parts in saltwater so it will do well on a car. is a deep gold color.

Looks like the real thing and a few other good choices are available. I had a can of gold spray paint on the shelf from when I repainted some ATV wheels that I blasted.
