Here's the one I built.
Cut the torque convertor in half for starting, tranny is hollow.
Everythings adjustable and we've had Hemi's, big block and small blocks on it. Works great.
Love to find a water brake to be able to seat rings.
Just remember with no load it's easy to over rev it.

Here is the poorman dyno (breakin stand) I made for all my slant sixes. I just use a flywheel and a manual transmission bellhousing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmS2ETLlEpsChris

well, everything went good, sounds good. good oil pressure. i'll run it a little more tommorow and then go over the valves. the trans does'nt have the converter in in, so nothing's spinning. thanks to all the helpfull info from all you guys and the shops that gave me sound advice that aided me in this build.
????? No converter? how do you start it? I thought mopar had the ring gear on the converter
it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead

Same here, that's a nice one, but don't really have the room to store it and after seeing a couple of the lighter framed one's believe I will just adapt my engine cradle for now

What about transmission lube?
yep better have fluid in that trans if you plan on running more than just a few seconds.
you better also keep trans fluid in that trans
