they are located just above the upper door hinge on each side of the cowl area to bolt the fender upper top/rear corner

1. less a part than an option: is undercoating something that would be indicated on the fender tag? - if not, and if no build sheet or other docs exist, is it simply my choice as to underbody (paint v. undercoating) and it would still be correct?

2. Hood: another slightly off topic question - was it painted undersides the same colar as body or somethint else

3. Trunk Paint: what is correct speckle paint?

thanks!

1) You should see evidence of undercoating on the bottom of car if it was undercoated from the factory.

1a) Bottom of car should be gray primer color with primary color overspray on bottom. Hopefully someone will post a few photos for you.

2) Bottom of hood is body color.

3) Mopar did not use speckle paint for trunks on 1970 e bodies. Your trunk will be body color.

A note on undercoating. All cars had undercoating in the inner fenders to prevent rocks from dinging the underside of the fender. If it had the optional undercoating it would have undercoating on the floorboards & gastank. Correct?
