Wondering what could be wrong with my 727 stuck it in car ran about 15 min drove down the road and then it quit working pulled lines off cooler nothing coming out of tranny lines could the pump went bad or what else i'm not a tranny guy thanks for any help

Pump tangs broke,low on fluid,converter need more info.

sounds like pump problem maybe broke ears on inner rotor

if its in park there will be no fluid flow,put in nuetral and see what happens.

It was full off fluid.
Pulled lines off in nuetral and nothing came out.
I drove the car about 1 mile came home and parked it and now it has no gears at all.
Pulled trans out and ears on pump look ok.

Make sure you have shift detents,the rooster and lever may have jumped up off the spool valve.

This is not entirely accurate , there is fluid flow in park , it's just not as much as it is in neutral.
