I am doing the drum to disc on my '68 Coronet with a sway bar. Have the 73-76 spindles and the 11.75 caliper adapters. Going to use the '80 Volare calipers so I can rear mount. Question is has anyone done this swap and what front brake lines did you use? I know I can get SS made but for now I want to just get the swap done and upgrade later (maybe) to SS if I feel it is necesary. Anyone help me out??

I believe the brake line you need if you're flipping the calipers to the rear is one from a Diplomat, though AndyF would know for sure.

If I would go that route with a '70 K and LCA's would I still use the 73-76 A Body spindles. The Volare slider calipers..etc..
Yes! Same 73-76 A Body spindles work with the 70 K-frame and LCAs. Not familiar with how the Volare slider calipers mount or if they are reversible from front rear and vice versa?

I have the 11.75 rotors, calipers, bearings, seals, everything but the hoses. I doubt I could return this stuff as I have been slowly collecting it till the big day arrives.
Again, the same 11.75" rotors and 73-76 A Body spindles work with 70 K-frame and LCAs . If you have slider style caliper adapters, you'll have to do some research into what caliper will work best. I happened to come across pin style caliper adapters off a 1977 Plymouth Fury Salon with 11.75" rotors. So in my case, the the pin style calipers for the 1970 B-Body application are the same.
And again, more than one way of doing the swap. It becomes more a matter of how the individual wants the end result to look and function.

What you want is something like the hose at the top of this picture. The flare to AN adapter is also shown at the top. This is a special part that mounts to the frame with the stock clip. You could also go with a hose like the one shown at the bottom of the picture which has the frame clip built in. That way you have one less fitting to mess with but the hoses are more expensive.

I did the swap on a 73 e body with 74 dart spindles and calipers. Calipers did not work, so I tried coronet spindles. They did not work quite right either with the lines, and that is when I tried all the different lines. I ended up with e body calipers and the banjo bolt setup, which was perfect. A few guys helped me out on here, and there is a tech article that says exactly what to get and do. I skimmed it the first time and thought I knew what was going on. Reading all of it would have saved me some major time and a few dollars. I also changed master cylinders to the dual reservoir and did not mess with any proportioning valve stuff. I had a hard time finding a master cyclinder and was shipped the wrong one to begin with and didn't figure it out until I looked at several pictures. Everything works fine once I figured it all out. I hope you do not run into the same problems. Here is one site that helped. I thought there was a good one on moparts that show pictures of what calipers to use depending on what car you had, but I can not seem to locate it. http://www.moparaction.com/tech/archive/disc-main.html

The 1974 Dart has slider calipers like the one in THIS picture link.
The 1973 E-Body has pin style calipers like the one in THIS picture link .
Since I have the pin style caliper adapters for 11.75” rotors, the 70-to-74 B and E body pin style calipers will bolt up just fine in the factory front mounted location.
