Title says it all: Rubber or Poly?? I did my old Cuda in rubber and that dude was STIFF! Had to loosen all four shocks after to get to "leave".

What have you all used and how did it work?

Thanks in advance...

From what I see now is there are 2 different styles
of poly bushings... one the poly is pressed into the
sleeves(very low movement) and the second style is the
poly slips into the sleeves where the poly will rotate
(free movement) so look what you are buying

bought the poly for my demon was so tight it wouldnt transfer weight, 60 ft was all over the place spun sometimes and not others. replaced them with tubular control arms with hiem joints, car settled down and got deadly consistant.

Had the same issue with my Duster....I took it all apart again and put a light hone on the inside of the bushings....problem solved
