vttm OP member V Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 188 MD.	I currently have arp head bolts for my eddy heads and I was told not to use the bolts on the eddy's but to use studs instead. Do I need to shelf the bolts and buy some studs or are the bolts ok? The eddy's are for a 440 with 11 to 1 comp and solid roller cam.

Anonymous Unregistered A	the bolts work just fine for that application, as long as they're the reduced hex head style. if it were a high compression motor, then studs would be better.

383man Too Many Posts 3 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 27,421 Balt. Md	We have bolts on my boys 400 Dart with Eddy RPM heads. Been like that for 5 years. I prefer the bolts in a car as it makes it much easier to pull the heads with the eng in the car. Ron
