In my earlier post I said I was NOT having any cooling issues once the fan shroud was put on...
I recently put A/C in the car, now it get's hot (190-210).
I have a after market 26" 2 row (brass/copper) radiator w/shroud and driving it around town, not stopping, it gets HOT!
So I ran across a site that has the same exact radiator (dimension wise) in "aluminum, all aluminum. I plan on buying the direct fit all aluminum radiator and replacing the water pump.
My question is, does anyone know if it will help to replace those items?
The engine is a 360 mildly built (350+ ponies) .030 over. I've tried re-timing several times, adjusting the air/fuel mixture on the carb and not running the a/c at all...
I'm up for any suggestions!! Help!!

A 4 core copper/brass or 2 core aluminum would probably help for sure.
A 2 core brass is pretty thin, especially on a car with a/c.

I agree either upgrade would help.
However 195 to 210 is not that hot.

My 5.9 magnum runs right at that range and is fine.
The thermostat doesn't open till 195, and the cooling fan doesn't kick on till 205. It will get up to 211 before the fan brings it back down to 188. It will sit and idle like that all day.
On the move it sits at 193 ish, and the fan stays off.

I use a dual pass aluminum and electric fan setup.

So you may not actually have a problem. But it is winter, so I guess it would depend on your summer temps and if it can keep up.

That temp should be the normal range and not considered too hot. Most people run a 195 stat year around now days, even in older iron. More efficiency and better lubrication.

I forgot to mention the pinging when it gets hot. Any suggestions on that?

I purchased an aluminum radiator from eBay... It's a 3 row "All Aluminum" radiator and it COOLS!! I now run about 180-190 constantly, even with the A/C on. I got it through Performance Cooling, here's the web info: http://myworld.ebay.com/performance-cooling?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1181. It only cost $169. I also changed out the water pump from an 8 vein to a 6 vein impeller. All costs were under $250. That's a bargain!! Thanks for all the info!!!
