Guy brought me and Older AFB to rebuild and I know someones been thru it before. The Question is does anybody know which way the rear boosters are supposed to be installed? Air bleed hole to the front or the rear, It can be installed either way. I searched pics online and can find them installed both ways. Anyone know for sure, Thanks.

It is a model 4131S off a 1966 Sport Fury. That is a Nice breakdown but no good pics or info about the secondary

".............The later rear boosters have a small alignment notch cut in the booster bodies that will not allow you to swap them to the wrong sides in the rear........" I believe this carb has them. I circled the area that has the cutout and there should be a corresponding raised area inside the carburetor. Carb-AFB by M Patterson, on Flickr

Carb body does Not have any casting that prevents installing the boosters from being installed the other way.

I just put it back together the same way it came apart. Will run it after the car is back together and see if there are any issues.
