Yes, the cage is horrible. The grille is not much better. However, I do like the rest of it.

Not sure what they were thinking with the eyebrow and A pillar bars. Looks like the main hoop is tucked up, but the rest of it isn't very well thought out.
Lots of money spent. Interesting no props or mention of who did the chassis.
I do like that they cut the headrests down on those Kirkeys. Look much better. Almost tolerable.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

I agree the 'cage is not good. The car is painted a Corvette color. The grille and front bumper are horrid IMO.
