I currently have an SBM 418 stroker running with Holley HP EFI with 4-barrel TBI over weiand single plane intake (x-celerator).
Looking ahead to future improvements and since the Holley HP ECU can handle 8 injectors, I thought about making it MPFI using a Super Victor EFI intake or getting another 4-barrel TBI and using a tunnel-ram.
not for running, just for personal taste.
what do you think?

pd: If I go for a 2x4 configuration that intake recommends

I think a system that can and does controls eight direct port injectors would be more efficient and make more power than dual wet EFI throttle bodies work scope twocents up

Which Holley ECU are you using? If you have a Terminator, HP or Dominator ECU then you have the ability to do all sorts of things. The older Holley systems are a little more limited in what they can do.

He is running Holley HP ecu.

I think it's worth going multi port injection. Whatever intake you decide to use I would run multi port. So, convert a single 4bbl or tunnel ram intake to multi port.

(I wouldn't get another TBI unit for the 2x4 setup)

I use a good single plane intake with a Holley throttle body. Edelbrock makes the Super Victor EFI for SB Mopar engines so that is what I'd use. I'm assuming that since it is a 418 it has good heads and the Super Victor intake will fit and work on there.

Kinsler stacks would be the last thing I'd recommend for a street engine!

thanks you, go to MPFI single plane and reuse the TBI body only.

My son has an engine not too dissimilar to yours.

He could see that even with the Holley 4150 style 1,000 CFM throttle body with port injection he was still pulling some vacuum.

He went to a tunnel ram and another throttle body and picked up a tenth if I remember correctly.

It it has been on Drag Week many times so it is a true street strip car.

Currently configuring a Kinsler stack injection (converting to EFI) for it but that will be a while before it sees the track.

Can you please give us some details on your engine
What is the compression ratio, what heads are you using, camshaft, etc... thanks..

Nice! It's very similar to the engine (418") in my street Duster. I have heavily ported J heads..
and a Bullet Racing solid cam #30400, using a ported/gasket matched Edelbrock single plane Victor intake.
Fuel delivery is a Race Demon 850 cfm.
