I have a non A-12 69 road runner that has a fiberglass 6 barrel hood (I haven't cut the bottom of the hood yet). I am looking for an air cleaner with piece that seals it (press fit I assume) to the bottom of the hood. I have a single 4 barrel style F.I. unit (FItech) that it will bolt to with a single center stud. Can someone point me in the right direction on where I can get an aircleaner w/ seal to hood gasket setup? Pic below but need for single 4 barrel. Doesn't have to be an exact copy, just something that works and looks good. Thanks

It's cheaper than the A12 repop , I was going to suggest to just get the A12 one and modify it but that's a lot of money to start with.
running up my post count some more .

That article reminds me that some 60s and 70's Fords had giant air cleaner housings.
Maybe find one to cut up?

There is / or was a member here making glass repops . But dont remember the scree name or if he is still doing it.
He made me a TA style air cleaner for the dual 4 hemi to fit an AAR hood. His screen name was PAINT IT BLACK. He quit that business some years ago but who knows maybe he's bored and will do one for you.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
