I keep telling friends and relatives who work on their own stuff that they make specific sealers for what your working on, and yet they keep buying the same one size fits all black or blue stuff over and over. Then they cry when their thermostat housing or transmission pan starts leaking again. Hello! It's not made to go up against those types of fluids. They don't want to buy the specific ones as they can't be used on everything is likely what the deal is.

They also sell it in smaller tubes that are sized just right to do those types of 1 time jobs. I've used it and it does work. They also have one for differential gear oil that is great also.
