I am changing to a one piece oil pan gasket. I picked it up’s from. Mancini
I usually use silicone. Does this type use hi temp silicone?

I don't think that type of gasket will require any kind of RTV or sealer.

Silicone RTV is the the mis-used chemical in the automotive marketplace. Simple rule-of-thumb: Never apply RTV over/across a rubber gasket. It should only be used as a filer of gap .. such as intersecting corners of multiple gaskets (intakes, oil pans, etc.... just a little dab to fill the gap. Rubber gaskets are always best installed DRY.

In addition to NOT using any chemical sealant what-so-ever, since this gasket design has a metal internal core, it truly has very little compressability... barely any forgiveness to out-of-flat conditions. SO... make absolutely certain that your oil pan is FLAT at the side rails... fix or replace it IF the bolt holes are distorted from previous over-tightening, etc.
