Sorry, it's a 69 A-body, with 10 inch drum brakes.

Hello. Is there a difference between upper and lower ball joints between disk brake cars and cars with drum brakes? I'm talking a 1969 car. Thanks. Uppers are the same , lower is different.

Upper is the same. Lower is the same casting with 9/16" bolt holes instead of 1/2". All you need to do is drill the holes out.
That is assuming you are using the '69 ('65-72) Kelsey-Hayes disc brakes.

If you plan on installing disc brakes, you will need the lower disc brake ball joints. When I installed the 73 Duster disc brakes on an older A body I used the 73 lower ball joints and the disc brake spindle. But that was a LONG time ago.
