I have been battling this off and on since 1981! The extra fittings don't give me concern, just need to be carefull, tighten properly, I will be happy to end up with a system i don't have to eorry about all the time!

I have been battling this off and on since 1981! The extra fittings don't give me concern, just need to be carefull, tighten properly, I will be happy to end up with a system i don't have to eorry about all the time! That’s the reason I’m not using the curved aluminum tube (afraid it’ll crack). Really only the line to cover needs to be curved up since it goes right into the rotors. On the cover I removed the side hole then moved the top hole forward about 3/4” to get room for engine mount. Once engine is in car (64) I’ll see the best way to route that line to clear headers and mount.
