Thought maybe some Canadian version of a Carfax or something so I gave him benefit of the doubt 'for a few minutes'. But the more he spoke ,,,the worst it got But .....when I asked where he was ....he replied with a town and was 2 hours away.." He was ready to buy and had cash " but wasn't making the drive until I had the so called TLC report. But the town is actually 30 minutes tops These scammers are getting creative that's for sure. He is now blocked.

Maybe share the scammer's info, to put him out of business ? Selling a car can be a special kind of hell nowadays; going through a bit of it with my Squarebody K10.

It was a text from phone number 403-472-9309 said his name was Luke ( yea right ) Which I believe is an Ontario Canada number. But said his location was Bowie Arizona, which is about 30 to 45 minutes east of me at the most. He wanted me to buy a history report off that site and I refused. Told him I had clean / clear title in my name. And no such report exists for a car over 50 years old. My scam meter went off almost immediately.
