You'll have to ask the guy, person, who stamp them their shruggy
Your is the first I have heard of them, probably not stamp by the factory work Maybe a rebuilder stamp them work confused
What year is the block and what numbers and date are cast into the side of the block and stamped on the pad on top in front of the intake near the block and head surfaces?

So it's a third party/over-the-counter block? Can't help you as I have no knowledge of anything other than OEM. shruggy

It is probably a Mopar Mega block, is there a cast in M above the casting numbers on the sides of that block scope? If so, it is one of the Mega blocks twocents

I had a MP SS block years ago. It had a similar stamping on the pad.
