Your is the first I have heard of them, probably not stamp by the factory Maybe a rebuilder stamp them
What year is the block and what numbers and date are cast into the side of the block and stamped on the pad on top in front of the intake near the block and head surfaces?

it is a mopar block !

It is probably a Mopar Mega block, is there a cast in M above the casting numbers on the sides of that block ? If so, it is one of the Mega blocks

I had a MP SS block years ago. It had a similar stamping on the pad.
