Crank pulley holes #3151004

Any idea if these two holes on the side of this crank pulley came that way from Chrysler? At first I thought that someone had drilled them, but they look a little too perfectly placed.

I've seen drill indents on many, but never thru holes.
But possible I guess.

That is a first in my opinion, not stock tsk
I've seen a lot of the thin dampeners drilled for balancing,. no pulleys ever, or heard of either shruggy
Pulleys can be changed, why would the factory make that pulley only good on that motor work tsk
Get another one and put that one on the coffee table whistling grin

Yeah, weird. I was cleaning up a bunch of pulleys and decided not to fool with this one.
