Crank pulley holes

Any idea if these two holes on the side of this crank pulley came that way from Chrysler? At first I thought that someone had drilled them, but they look a little too perfectly placed.

That is a first in my opinion, not stock I've seen a lot of the thin dampeners drilled for balancing,. no pulleys ever, or heard of either Pulleys can be changed, why would the factory make that pulley only good on that motor Get another one and put that one on the coffee table Yeah, weird. I was cleaning up a bunch of pulleys and decided not to fool with this one. Thanks
