Could these be customized for different applications......ex. runner length, taper etc.?

NMCA told me that my billet carb bodies were illegal. They said that cost was one of the reasons. This intake is legal. Go figure. Doug It's like the Government makes the rules. LOL. Very odd.

Very simple, like the SCTA rules. What their friends use is legal. What you use isn't.

Since I already have a RBRE 528 Hemi (originally), RBRE rocker system and rocker covers. Could I get a discount on the intake? Lol.

Doug That whole debacle was more related to the class sponsor at the time - As they did not offer billet bodies - you can bet if they had - they would have been legal! As for Barton's new intake Its a real nice piece - I will be curious to see if starts showing up in the SS/AH class - I can easily see that intake with a different top being used for forced induction - I am guessing that what its real purpose will be used for

The top would need to be changed for running SS/AH. Carbs need to be offset.

If it's really anti-reversion, those small steps are actually triangles with the edge pointing down. If they were symmetrical, it would reduce flow in both directions.

If it's really anti-reversion, those small steps are actually triangles with the edge pointing down. If they were symmetrical, it would reduce flow in both directions. As I understand it, the 'rings' in the throttle bores can help shear along with the exit edge. The extension of the throttle bores into the plenum act as anti-reversion because they aren't an 'ideal radius' for flow in the direction of the boosters.
