what are you doing that needs these ?
spring into the inside of the frame rails?
you are looking for a 4" lift using shackles ? if so, that would make them twice as long as the factory ones, which would cause other issues, which in my opinion, would make the car handling an issue.
perhaps an added leaf or two to the spring pack would be a better solution, or having the springs re-arched ?

I am trying to lift the the back of the car it is to low in my opinion.I had a set years ago and for the life of me can't remember where I got them. Getting old and coming off 2 years of chemo has taken its toll on me. Doesn't have to be 4" just more than stock.

I bought my last shackle kit from JC Whitney back in the 70s. Don't know if they are still around or not.

one tip for using longer than stock shackles, taken from off road use.
after the length is decided upon, drill a hole in the middle of the shackle and add a spacer the width of the distance when the shackles are tightened. this will add strength, as well as some stability. this spacer can also be welded in place.
as has been already suggested, if one has some strap steel [1/4 x 1 1/2 or 2"] and a drill press, these can be easily fabricated to your liking.
however, one thing that hasn't been mentioned. after getting so long, these seem to impart extra stress on the rear of the spring, causing the main and second leaves to bend downward.
i saw this 60 years or so ago, and i see this today, when using super long shackles.
