There is this place you can put together a DIY kit, it's call a hardware store. The local ACE does not carry studs anymore. Has not for a long time. Went and grabbed one from Rticks-Moparts (E-Berg) But hate eBay for quite a few good reasons

it's mainly for lazy people. But then again by the time you chase all over or order the stuff online (time + shipping) doesn't seem so bad. Ridiculous? yes, out of line for some who has more money than time So Seller buys in bulk 100 piece lots, sells 100 kits at a tidy profit and gets a 1099. Is the 2K profit (if that) worth it ? To some I guess so, to me right now NO That's why the sell more than one thing

I use two bolts when needed with flat washers on them like the stud to hang the starter on while getting the second bolt lined up and started That is why I wanted another stud. After ordering I found the Bolt in a box of engine tear down bolts. I have not found the stud. I like having the stud to assist me to get the starter in place. I would assume normal .a person leaves the stud in the transmission. More proof I am not the normal person I guess.

Sometimes the stud will stay in place and sometimes it comes out with the nut. Luck of the draw. yep I probably have a few studs with nuts somewhere in my buckets of bolts

So, what did you think most of my classmates were doing in high school? I didn't get that excuse, I was suppose to be fixing cars at work like my boss expected. The partying I did was drinking, and when I became legal to do that, it wasn't any fun anymore. I was a motivated kid, I had big plans, and wasting money getting drunk or high would have delayed those plans. And here I thought I was the only one like that back then.
