Generally, you have to calm down the hit and slow the rise going from radials to bias ply's. Otherwise you will just kill the sidewall before you wear the slick down, DAMHIK HTH's

I agree tighten up the rear rebound. You may have to loosen the rear compression a tad as well. Doug Might end up slowing down the front end too. Too much too quick on a slick is bad.
