Beware,,,,the aftermkt cores have fit issues and usually the nipples are to short to protrude thru the firewall sufficient enough to attach the heater hoses Thats why I have a few good oem cores on the shelf ,,,just in case

Beware,,,,the aftermkt cores have fit issues and usually the nipples are to short to protrude thru the firewall sufficient enough to attach the heater hoses Thats why I have a few good oem cores on the shelf ,,,just in case Agreed but... Thats why I inserted the link specifically for the 4 Seasons heater core. I installed 1 in my 70RR and it matched the OE very closely for the fit and hose nipples length.. Just my $0.02...

Thats why I inserted the link specifically for the 4 Seasons heater core. I installed 1 in my 70RR and it matched the OE very closely for the fit and hose nipples length.. Just my $0.02... I put one ( supposed to be a 4 seasons core from reviews Id received was the best option back then ) and the nipples were about 3/4" short to really get a good fit for the hoses I was comfortable with , ended up having the original recored locally. This was about 5 or 6 years ago
