did a search with no luck
3800lb car with 800whp turbo
built WELL 518, full auto valve body
launch fine, 1-2 shift fine, 2-3 had an rpm spike before shifting, didnt feel like a slip. more like brief neutral then drive.. trapped at 148mph.
drove home fine both leaving in drive and shifting manually
any ideas

He owes you. absolutely, but considering this occurred last night, i figured i'd pick some brains until monday. It’s called 2-3 flare. Could be something simple or something inside the trans. You will get all kinds of suggestions here - I would trust your trans tech to set you straight. You owe him the courtesy.
