NAPA has kit you can mix color and apply like paste
all parts are sold as is, all parts are considered used no warranties or returns

There is one company here that does paintless dent repair and also upholstery repair that travels around to car lots and fixes stuff so it's more presentable.
It may be you just have to buy a new seat cover at some point if you really want it 'right'. Might see if Legendary or someplace can just make you the portion you need so you don't have to buy the whole set? Some hog rings and pliers and it's a diy job with some spare time.

They might also be able to sell you a small amount of material and have a local upholstery guy replace the panel
