NAPA has kit you can mix color and apply like paste

There is one company here that does paintless dent repair and also upholstery repair that travels around to car lots and fixes stuff so it's more presentable.
It may be you just have to buy a new seat cover at some point if you really want it 'right'. Might see if Legendary or someplace can just make you the portion you need so you don't have to buy the whole set? Some hog rings and pliers and it's a diy job with some spare time.

Good idea on legendary
They might also be able to sell you a small amount of material and have a local upholstery guy replace the panel

Was thinking it's time to replace the whole thing. Was also hoping to just do a decent repair until that time comes.

Legendary will also repair a seat cover or at least for me they did. I went to install the rear lower bench on my convertible and somehow pulled the wrong way and tore the cover, right next to a seam.
I sent the cover back to them and they replaced a panel of the cover for me. Granted it was a new cover that sat in the box for many (too many) years, so color matching on an in use cover may be tougher.
