Looks like a cruise control harness from late seventies to early eighties.

Cruise control doesn't require a wired ground source and this harness does.

Cruise control doesn't require a wired ground source and this harness does. A cruise servo does require a ground. As I recall some were self grounded through the housing to the inner fender and the later servo's had a wire.

My 1981 Parts book does not show it...but the 1980 has a close hit, that being: 3843789, which is "WIRING, Inst. Panel", and shows up in the 14-1200/30 - "Speed Control H-N-F-G" section of that book.

Cruise control doesn't require a wired ground source and this harness does. The later servos are plastic and require a ground wire.

I didn't say it doesn't require a ground, but a wired ground
Yes, lates servos, but lates how lates? Definitelly not 70s which are the ones for this harness period by the PN ( and that's why I said that ), maybe 80s/90s.
This is definitely an underdash harness, but cruise control? dunno. I can't see the plug for the control switch which these harness get.
and those 90 degrees plugs, it seems to be for some cluster gauge stud...
Just thinking out loud.
