I have not heard much about them in a long time. Would this place still be recommended for a Mopar engine build?

I dropped a block off about a month ago for machining (Huron).
Never been there, clean well organized shop.
Saw a lot of cool high end stuff.

I never had them build an engine.
Are you going to use B1 Mopar heads? That is what they are known for.
I bought a set of "new" B1 original heads from another racer that went in another direction before he built a complete motor. That racer had them ported and prepped, but never used.
I have talked to Scott Koffel a few times, and he has been helpful.

Great guys to deal with and very helpful. up

Not sure who calibrates their dyno though.

They should be able to calibrate their dyno, the local Studka brand dyno I use to test on found out by calibrating it after a conflict with the former operator it was making more power before calibrating it than after, 975HP at 7300 RPM on a 572 C.I. bracket motor with max ported 440-1 heads and a 440=3x intake and a single 1150 CFM Dominator or what ever size that carbs was.
We calibrated it and it lost right at 100 HP with all the same temps and air density shock
Dram ( RIP up) was correct on that dyno being happy before recalibrating it shruggy
My motor still made more power than his did with the same parts whistling devil

I was just there yesterday. Scott can taka care of whatever you need and always has a number of engines in the works.
