The standard length and diameter are known since that was an available option for your car when new.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

What is the proper measurement from the trans to the yoke? Are the Strange housing dimensions an exact match as the OE Dana's?
Any other considerations?
Thanks, Joe Strange 60 seems pretty close to O.E. I ordered my drive shaft through Mancini racing. I started with what the factory service manual stated, minus half the difference in diameter between 7290 U-joint caps and a 1350 Hindsight 20/20, I would've been fine with what the service manual said
