Thinking of new fenders, floors, rubber seals, glass, bumpers and such. Any ideas or sources? May want to go into better detail of what you need. Some stuff is reproduced but some you need to get good used or NOS. https://www.jimsautoparts.com/nos_truck_parts.htm But, that is what I'm looking for? Thanks for the laugh though.

Maybe get hold of Steve Dulcich? He has a yard full of trucks on his farm. Seriously, I would love to look around his farm. Tim Steve has parts for his own projects, so until he's done, he won't be selling/trading anything.

as my post states 'Thinking of new fenders, floors, rubber seals, glass, bumpers and such."
None of those companies make new fenders, rubber seals for most models, glass or quality bumpers. I wanted to buy new, not used as the cost tr remove old parts and refinishing them is very expensive. Average body shop cost out here is $125-$150 per hour. Not worth working on a $150 fender if it ads multiple hours of body shop time to the bill. Heck, I'm probably going to have to have a huge stash of cash just to find a pristine grille. Appreciate the looking, but the pickings are pretty slim.

Several companies make rubber seals. For the rest of what you're looking for you're not going to find a place that sells fenders and stuff that need zero work unless you're not picky. In reality there's only one or two manufacturers of the stuff you're looking for and what you see online is the distributors that sell it so all you can really do is shop for the right price or keep watching ebay etc. and pay up for NOS stuff. And even that is a gamble now because what's left has been kicking around for the last 30+ years or some of it is stuff that has defects or damage and wasn't good enough for dealers to sell when it was new.

Well it’s been a while since I been on this part of the forums and needing some info. Normally I can find stuff, but looks like I’m gonna need some stuff for a potential project. I might be getting a certain truck back I sold 16 years ago (and regretted ever selling it) and looks like it will need some TLC due to how it was stored used. To say it’s less than prestige is an understatement (the current steering wheel is a plank of wood). So I’m thinking when the time is right in a few years, I would start it as my next project. Thinking of new fenders, floors, rubber seals, glass, bumpers and such. Any ideas or sources? I hear ya. Have built or seen many built. What are ya starting with? Metal: what there is is mostly left over crash parts and rust repair parts from larger stampings way back. Hence while selection shrinking. Shop on price, it's pretty much all the same repop batch. CrossCountryCanada used to have a great list of stuff ya can't find. Real deal factory stuff is out there and if ya work it, ya can find it for reasonable money. It's a Dodge truck, learn basic metal fab. Seals, Glass: about the only thing in seals is side doors, usual vendors, fit nice. Detroit Muscle Technologies for a lot of interior seals. Front glass and seals can be bought new, glass swaps 72-94. Body mounts too. Bumpers, Trim: Vans - site needs work, products rock, $$. Bumpers from the usual suspects, shop on price. Interior: 72-94 Will fit 99% bolt in because Dodge. Lots of opportunity to mix / match bodies / dashes / seats / door panels. '93 bucket seats, '85 dash, '72 cab, whatever. Wiring: Used harnesses are around, usual hot-rod wiring kit will work with FSM. I like grabbing bits of wasted one's cheap for the connectors to fix otherwise good harnesses. Other good score is optional harness because Dodge. for example: every 75-79 truck built came with same basic wire harness to make the thing run and drive. They all had a number of unused connectors. Everything that was optional came with it's own smaller harness that plugs in. Tach, tran temp warn, quad h/l, cargo lamp, etc, etc.

I buy NOS parts when i can get them, that is what i do. Me too but his search is mostly for sheet metal and that doesn't come around often and when it does forget about it! It's priced out of this world and unless it's next door the shipping is ridiculous. A lot of the other stuff if you wait you can find for reasonable price (except a cargo light LOL).
