Who heads are you using? Hemiroid heads and rocker gear can be a real pain too get them where they will RPM pass 7500 RPM Don't buy cheap or rebuilt and blue printed stocker types either See if you can look at Ray Barton rocker set ups and for which head he makes them for

If you have longer valve stems, it makes a difference. I had a hard time getting good geometry with landy rockers and .100 longer stems. Stage V was spot on, I got them from FHO

If you building a tru Blown alky motor your not considering Indy stuff (not bashing Indy just just another level of performance). Typically the intake and heads come from the same mfg, for instance I use Veney Heads and intake. If you have Brad heads you use a Brad intake and so on. Your not going to get much better than Stage V. How about a list of what parts your using? Everything is bigger on a blown alky motor 7/16th push rods for instance, The Rods are beefier, Piston pins 1.09"... The Blown alcohol Hemi is kinda like a SB Chevy. There are a lot of parts mfgs and sellers out there.

Fixed it for you. Relay doesn't matter what blower discharge you have, your going to make more power than you need. I use a full opening and just set my fuel system for it. I'm not running a Pro/mod so I don't worry about it. I see your out in WA, contact Spud Miller at FIE, he can help with your ignition and fuel system flowing. RBS superchargers is a good source as is Good Vibrations for the hundred or so little items your going to need.
