219,000+ miles on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7. I am the original owner and it is bone stock with no issues. It has had a couple sets of spark plugs and gets regular oil & filter changes.

THis truck is at 354,000 miles. Original serpentine belt and tensioner, starter, alternator, water pump, power steering pump and A/C compressor. Plug changes every 40,000, trans service every 50,000. I did replace the EGR valve and thermostat. I replaced the A/C condenser fan twice. I'm on my second radiator. ummmm that belt has waaaaay too many miles on it.

I had a 2011 ram with almost 300,000 when the lifter wiped out the cam, figured whole engine would be wore slap out so I put in a rebuilt motor and when I eventually disceted the original it looked nearly new, bearings didn''t show any wear and there was no ridge in the bore just a slight wave you could barely feel, had cross hatch all the way up,%95 of the piston coating was still like new. I could have put in a new cam/lifters and got another 100,000 easily without even cleaning out the oil pan.

05 Power Wagon, stock 5.7, 320,000 kms. Engine untouched other than water pump, plugs and coils. Runs fine, does not use excessive oil. Change oil every 5-6,000 kms.
