What if the right rear leaf was raising that corner which would make the left front look lower, or right rear had sagged more than left rear.
Im sure circle track folks tune their cars this way.
I bet you could install a lowering block on the left rear to raise that side which would pick up the front too. I looked through all the pics and the rear seems fine.

The only thing that will fix this lean is to shim the l/h coil spring, ask me how I know. I got the correction rubber from the dealer, but that was 15 years ago, they probably don't sell them anymore.
You would have to find a really old school mopar parts guy to help you. There was an aftermarket company making a tapered aluminum version, but their website is near impossible to find on general internet search.
This is a fixable thing , so don't give up. Paul

So did you measure the height when you were looking at it? Just realized this is two pages about a truck that the OP hasn't seen in person. I'll be more careful next time.
