The only thing that will fix this lean is to shim the l/h coil spring, ask me how I know. I got the correction rubber from the dealer, but that was 15 years ago, they probably don't sell them anymore. You would have to find a really old school mopar parts guy to help you. There was an aftermarket company making a tapered aluminum version, but their website is near impossible to find on general internet search.
