The vacuum advance fits many '69-'71 383/440 emissions distributors. Measure the shaft to find which one.

383 – 3.5"

440– 4.0"

Some one may have swapped that vacuum adv on it. I think it is the odd ball from mid 60s. Kind of a Chrysler duplication of a Prestolite. Notice the clips for holding cap on. They are different. Basically using a Chrysler cap/rotor on the prestolite type cast iron body. The ones I have seen have been single point.
Rebuilt one a while ago, thought it was a 24xxxxx number, but not completely sure.

Also has a nylon shaft retainer that was not used on the Prestolite,and a riveted clip retainer used on the early distributors. .
